My Book of Photos, LLC (MyBOP) respects its customers' privacy. This policy describes the information we ask for and how MyBOP treats this information.

1-When placing an order.
When you place an order we will need certain information such as your name and address, payment information (credit card or bank account number,depending on the payment method you selected) and the names and addresses of anyone we have to send your order to.

2-When giving us permission.
When you give your permission, MyBOP will only use this information to inform you of any software updates, special offers, and/or information about new products and services.

3-When giving us your testimonial.
When filling out your testimony it is required to include your e-mail, however, your complete e-mail address is never shown once your message is posted. Your e-mail address will never be provided to any third party!

4-When becoming a MyBOP Member.
When providing us with your first name, your e-mail address -or- when you provide us with your friend's first name and their e-mail address, this information is kept private and will never be provided to any third party!

5-Your information is kept private.
a-Except to meet statutory obligations and for the reasons defined in this policy, we will never provide your details to a third party without your express permission.

b-MyBOP will take all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, abuse or change of the information provided by you. Our business partners, who have access to your information, have a duty of confidentiality and may not use this information for any purpose other than those defined in this policy.

c-Where necessary we will exchange the information with the companies which help us provide our service, and then only for the defined purpose, or in the event of the sale, proposed sale or change of ownership of this company.
