Terms & Conditions

1. Order acceptance
All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions set forth below. The customer accepts these conditions by using the My Book of Photos software.

2. Copyright
The customer is responsible for the contents of the submitted file. My Book of Photos does not accept responsibility for the contents of the file.

My Book of Photos assumes that the copyright in the file is held by the customer. The customer bears sole responsibility for unauthorized use of protected data.

When ordering and, where relevant, distributing the printed products the customer shall strictly observe the laws of the relevant country.

3. Liability
My Book of Photos shall not accept liability for damage or loss for the files. My Book of Photos emphasises that the quality of the prints in the album(s), calendar(s) or photo daily planner(s) ordered will never be better than is to be expected on the basis of what the customer sees on his/her computer monitor. My Book of Photos' liability is limited to production errors attributable to it.

4. Delivery time
All orders are completed and shipped within five working days, to be received by the customer within 10 working days form date of approved payment. Delayed delivery shall never be a reason for cancellation of the order or compensation.

5. Guarantee
Any justified complaints must be made within two weeks of the delivery of the materials ordered by the customer. If the complaint is justified the remedy shall be limited to producing the ordered materials again
